Honestly, all we wanted to do was relax and be either beach bums or pool bums. For the most part that is exactly what we did and it was amazing!!! At the same time, we did try to explore for two days.
One day we went to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center. I did a whole blog post on this and you can check it out here …
On another day, we went to the Yas Mall and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. The Yas Mall is a beauty of its own and you can definitely shop till you drop!
The Louvre Abu Dhabi is stunning!!! We actually visited the Louvre in Paris and that was magical! Therefore, when the hubby found out there was a Louvre Abu Dhabi, he definitely wanted to check it out. It truly was just as beautiful with all the artwork. Keep in mind, you can take pictures in certain areas but you cannot use flash.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi were two things we didn’t do but are on our list for the next time. We wanted to do those two when Mia is older. This way, she can make her own memories too instead of just seeing pictures!!! Honestly, I love living life through her eyes and this is definitely one that I want to experience with her being older!!!
