Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos

This is a blog post that is overdue!!! Recently, I had two people reach out to me if I can tell them about our stay at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. Therefore, I decided it was time to sit down and type up this post. This way, in the future, if any of you may have a question about our stay in Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, I can send you over here!!!

We decided to come here to celebrate Mia’s FIRST birthday!!! I know, I know, some of you are like SERIOUSLY!!! But that is correct! I wanted to celebrate the fact that I have been a mom for a whole year and that we are all still alive like WHY NOT!!! Therefore, once I decided on Mia’s first birthday party with our families and friends and realized it was not going to be on her actual birthday. I wanted to make sure we were still doing something to celebrate her. Therefore, I told the hubby, I wanted us to go out of town more like an all inclusive place so we wouldn’t have to worry about anything and we can just “chillax!”

It’s safe to say he did a great job! We came to Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos on a Thursday and their staff welcomed us upon our arrival. Our room was not ready so they told us that we could leave our bags with them and start enjoying the amenities.

We did the all-inclusive package so that we did not have to worry about where to go eat. The food and drinks were top notch! They even had a coffee shop with pastries and different types of coffees, which was awesome for a coffee lover like ME!!!

We did have a suite since we wanted to make sure Mia had her own area and we did too. This way, even when Mia went to bed, we could still watch TV or chill in the balcony. Our baby girl sleeps in a crib so we made sure the hotel had a pack and play for her to take naps and sleep in.

We did rent out a cabana for one day so that we could chill at the beach with Mia. It was actually pretty nice because the servers will still come to you to take your orders so you really don’t have to go and get food or drinks. Mia even took a nap in there so I was chilling with her while hubby was playing beach volleyball. When she woke up, she played on the sand and we even went to play in the water.

Oh, whenever, we were at the pool, hubby was usually with her. He definitely felt the best when he was with her at the pool. You could see it on his face, he was terrified whenever it was me and her. At the same time, I’m not complaining because I’m not going to lie, I felt safer when they were together in the pool too…lol

We were there from Thursday night to Monday afternoon. Therefore, we ate at four different restaurants at this hotel. If you plan to eat at the restaurants, make sure to make your reservations early. This way, you can get the timing that works best for you and your family especially if you have a baby with you.

This is definitely a place I would go back to in a heartbeat!!! Loved everything about it and the staff was amazing!!! It is safe to say they all knew us by the second day thanks to our cute little social butterfly! Mia definitely stole their hearts and it made me feel extra special the way they were treating our baby!!!

We went when it was super warm and it was not too cool in the evening. Therefore, I packed mostly dresses, cover-ups, swim suits, pjs, and one light jacket for Mia and I just in case it was cold for us in the evening.

If you have any questions after reading this blog posts or comments, let me know!

Happy Wednesday Y’all!!!
