Chicken Fajitas in One Pan

0

Okay, y’all, for those who do not know me, I do not know the first thing about cooking. I only started cooking once I found out that I was pregnant. The reason being because I didn’t want my kid to tell her future friends that her favorite food was TACO BELL…lol

Due to this reason, I decided it was time to learn how to cook!!! According to the hubby, my cooking has gotten pretty good in the last two years. At the same time, I don’t like to be in the kitchen for like more than three hours. Therefore, if there is an easy way to cook a dish, you better believe, I will find it.

So on that note, lets get started!!! Below, I listed the ingredients for the Chicken Fajitas…

1 whole onion

3 bell peppers (I like color so I got green, yellow, and red)

Fajita Mix (homemade or store bought)

2 Jalapenos (only if you want it to be spicy, if not, you don’t need it)

Chicken

Okay, here we go…

First, I chopped the onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos. This way, all the chopping is done with!

Secondly, I brushed the pan with oil so nothing will stick on to it.

Then, I rinsed the chicken tenderloins and started placing them on the pan. After placing the chicken on the pan, I seasoned it with some of the fajita mix.

I put the onions and peppers on top and seasoned some more of the fajita mix.

McCormick Fajita Mix

Finally, I placed the jalapenos on top to kick in some spiciness for the hubby…lol

I cooked it for 40 minutes at 350. At 35 minutes, I took out the pan and added shredded cheese on top to make it a little cheesy. If you are a cheese lover, I would definitely recommend adding the cheese because it is divine!!!

For sides, you can do anything! As you can see here, I did Mexican rice with our chicken fajitas. Okay, y’all, I’m getting hungry so I’m about to go eat some…hehehe!!!

If you do make this, definitely let me know what you think?

-XOXO-
