Mia’s Sleep Schedule!!!

0

I know a lot of you were waiting for this one so here we go!!! Once we came back from India, which was a Sunday. I did not force any schedules on Mia since we were going to travel that Thursday for Memorial Day Weekend. I literally followed her cues for naps and sleep time so that there were no fussing or crying.

During our Memorial Day Weekend travel, I followed her cues once again for naps. At the same time, whenever we got home for the day, I would put her in her crib for sleep time. Initially, she would cry for about five to ten minutes because she knew there were people (the friends) outside. Basically, our girl wants to be where ever the party is even when she is super sleepy. I guess she is definitely like her dad in that department!!! I say this because he will never go to sleep when people are hanging out even if he is sleepy. He would rather sleep on a chair uncomfortably as long as people are around…I don’t get it and I seriously hope Mia won’t be like that…lol

I would say the first night she cried for almost ten minutes and the second night it was more like five minutes and after that she was good to go! Therefore, once we came back from Colorado that Wednesday, she was back on schedule. She would take her naps when it was naptime and sleep when it was sleep time. Honestly, I feel like I am super lucky in that department because a lot of parents we know that took their kids to India after turning one didn’t get back on schedule for at least two or three months!!! I’m definitely knocking on wood, as I get ready to publish this post because I don’t want to take any chances lol!!!

-XOXO-
